After each session, a question and answer dialogue will be facilitated by the presenter with those on the call or on-site. Call in toll-free if you live outside the greater Denver metropolitan area or if you are simply having a challenging day and it is easier to call than to physically participate. People who want to attend in person must be one of the first twelve to register each month.

$32 per person per session call-in**(passed through bridge conference line costs)

** $33.23 if using PayPal (PayPal fees)
On-site participants are encouraged to bring a pillow and/or blanket to further their comfort level and relaxation opportunity. Participants calling in are encouraged to try to close an office door if at work to avoid interruptions, temporarily cancel call waiting and otherwise inform key people that they are not to be disturbed. This not only increases the likelihood of a successful experience to be enjoyed each session, but it enables other people participating in the session not to be distracted by your extraneous noise or interruptions. Please do not call in while driving as the Guided Meditation will not benefit you and such a distraction could seriously jeopardize your safety and that of others.
